Taking vitamins and minerals is also proven to speed up the healing process of acne. Even when compared to synthetic treatments, natural healing with vitamins and minerals may help even in the most severe cases.
Other Tips To Treat Back Acne
Shower at least twice per day. This will help to clean the pores that may have been clogged with dirt and bacteria which accumulates overtime and especially when you sweat a lot.
Try not to wear tight clothing as the skin needs to breathe. Tight clothing will cause your body to produce more heat and will therefore cause you to sweat more.
Avoid leaning against walls or other materials that may have trap dirt and bacteria.
Use a shower gel that contains glycerin or sorbitol to clean the pores without irritating or drying out the skin.
